Emem Adjah is an advisor, aspiring author, and techy who aspires to change the world, while traveling it. Currently she leads yield monetization strategy globally at Spotify, responsible for driving revenue of emerging sales channels through optimization strategies and ad product development. Before Spotify, she acquired ten years of experience in the tech industry including:

  • Leading sales strategy and operations for key agencies at Snapchat

  • Managing analytics for top app publishers in EMEA & APAC at Twitter

  • Providing analytics consultations for international banks and financial institutions at Bloomberg

Emem has also worked as a fellow in politics for President Barack Obama as well as at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore conducting educational research. Post-university, she earned a Fulbright scholarship to Hong Kong, where she taught cross-cultural programming at a local university.

Outside of tech, she gives back as a guest lecturer at NYU and provides career seminars and counseling to students of all ages. She also serves on the board of Arrive, a UK-based startup that is revolutionizing the global riding economy. She is slated to release a book on job search best practices this year. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting memories, passport stamps, and most importantly, stilettos.
